Graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management from Southern New Hampshire University along with 5 years of restaurant and wine industry experience, John Trant brings a level of education and creativity that have revamped the Hospitality and Direct to Consumer department for Rutherford Ranch Winery. His drive for continued perfection, remarkable experiences and complete customer service has led Rutherford Ranch's tasting room and wine club to new levels of excitement and has educated his team to provide exemplary hospitality while educating each consumer of the finer details and craft of wine making and viticulture.

Allison not only brings a friendly and warm smile to the hospitality and wine club departments, she also brings a very strong knowledge of wine making and viticulture. Growing up in Southern California and attending UC Davis, Allison is well versed in wine, food and the art of joining the two together. Known to go above and beyond her job description, Allison is frequently enjoying conversations with members over the phone with topics of nutrition, health and wellness, and, of course, wine and food!
